Bath Society of Artists Summer Open Exhibition I’m delighted to have had my collagraph ‘Orior’ accepted for the 112th Summer Open exhibition in the Victoria Art Gallery, Bath. The exhibition opens on Saturday 20th May and runs until 15th July. The Bath Society of Artists was formed in 1904 and has held an open exhibition every year except once during World War II. Plymouth Society of Artists Exhibiting at Artmill Gallery I’m looking forward to showing a selection of my new ‘Source’ series of monotypes at this exhibition in Artmill Gallery, 83 Hyde Park Road, Plymouth from Saturday 27th May to Saturday 24th June. The group was formed in 1944 by Artists and Lecturers at Plymouth School of Art. The city, though flattened in the war, was in the process of rebuilding and hungry for culture. Always an innovative group, the Plymouth Society of Artists has an elected membership which has grown over the years. It has several well received shows a year. 21 Group of Artists Exhibiting at The Penwith Gallery, St Ives I will be showing a number of monotypes and collagraphs with the 21 Group at The Penwith Gallery, Back Road West, St Ives from 10th June to 1st July. The 21 Group has two or three exhibitions each year in South Devon and surrounding areas. The group, whose members have a wide range of approaches and techniques, was formed in 1967 and has always limited its membership to a maximum of 21 artists. Printmakers of Drawn to the Valley Group Exhibiting at the Theatre Royal Plymouth I’m excited to be part of this summer long printmaking exhibition at the Theatre Royal Plymouth. The show will run from Tuesday 20th June right through to Saturday 16th September so plenty of opportunity to get along to see the work. Drawn to the Valley is an artist led initiative formed over a decade ago. Membership is open to professional artists and craftspeople living and/or working in the Tamar Valley area.
